Quality Policy

Our approach to delivering and assuring quality construction

We will align our Quality Management System with the requirements of the ISO9001: 2018 standard, gradually converge with its detail with a view to seeking third-party accreditation for our system. Initially, our system will encompass our client-facing construction activities, but will grow over time to include all our enabling activities.

Our Quality Management System will complement counterpart systems that cover Workplace Health and Safety; Environment and Communities; each system underpinned by a Risk Management approach.

In accordance with AS / NZ 9001:2018, Hebou acknowledges and is committed to these tenets:

  • Hebou’s value proposition, and the way it delivers on it, are ultimately governed by customer expectations of quality, cost and time

  • Our leadership is responsible for planning, communicating and assuring the quality of our work

  • How we organise our people, equipment, facilities and finances has a direct effect on quality

  • Our construction documentation and practices must be consistent with each other, and both must be of the same uncompromising standard

  • We must constantly measure, analyse and improve the way we work
